Top Emirates adviser cooperating with Mueller
Former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg reversed course Tuesday after a series of defiant interviews Monday, saying he will now likely end up cooperating with special counsel Robert Mueller’s subpoena, The Associated Press reported.

The experts told the Times that, still, the discussions could boost any obstruction case on Russian Federation that Mueller might build against President Trump.
Mr. Nader’s cooperation in the special counsel’s investigation could prompt new legal risks for the Trump administration, and Mr. Nader’s presence at the Seychelles meeting appears to connect him to the primary focus of Mr. Mueller’s investigation: examining Russian interference during the 2016 presidential campaign.
After that, Nunberg kept granting interviews, calling in to cable shows to talk about the subpoena and his thoughts on the investigation.
“They want me over at the grand jury – screw that”.
It’s unclear how much Nunberg would know about the inner workings of the Trump campaign or the White House.
Roger Stone, a longtime Republican political operative and Trump campaign adviser who sources have told NBC News is the focus of investigators interested in his contacts with WikiLeaks during the campaign.
The election of Donald Trump was a shot heard around the world.
Mr Nunberg said he was on antidepressant medication but maintained he hadn’t had alcohol. “He was talking about it a week before”. I know it’s awkward.
Nunberg, who aided Trump early in his campaign, said he also won’t cooperate with handing over documents, repeatedly emphasizing the “ridiculous” amount of time it would take him to go over his emails.
“My answer is no, I have not”, Nunberg said.
Axios spoke with an unnamed friend of Nunberg’s who accused news anchors of “knowingly taking advantage of an obviously fragile man”.
CNN did not respond when asked if the network suspected Nunberg had been drinking prior to putting him on air.
“Do you think I should cooperate?” “I would tell him that he’s had his fun, now put on your big-boy trousers, shut up and hire a lawyer”, he said. The majority of Nunberg’s unhinged interviews occurred during that window. By evening, he began to back down from his threats.
BuzzFeed News documented Nunberg’s early involvement with Trump’s political aspirations, in a 2014 article. “Our entire industry lit itself on fire because a troubled Trump hanger-on made an a** of himself – live”.
Nunberg worked for Trump from 2011 to 2015. “I also came to the conclusion that I could be more effective on his behalf outside the campaign”. In multiple appearances on CNN and MSNBC, the ex-Trump aide said he would not comply with a subpoena issued by Mueller. And he blamed Trump for the investigation into Russian Federation meddling, telling MSNBC that he was “responsible for this investigation. because he was so stupid”.

During a subsequent press briefing, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders downplayed any knowledge Nunberg may have.
