Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri wants to be the “crazy man” who frightens the Barclays Premier League elite.

Spurs, fourth in the Premier League and just five points behind leaders Arsenal, will travel to League One strugglers Colchester in the next round at the end of the month before resuming their Europa League challenge against Fiorentina in February.

Manager Pochettino will be targeting at least a Champions League place this season, but they could even run out Premier League title winners if they can start turning draws into wins.

While the FA Cup encounter finished 2-2, Leicester edged out Tottenham 1-0 in the league fixture at White Hart Lane.

“The big teams haven’t switched on the turbo yet – and we hope they don’t switch on turbo”, said the Italian.

“I am not disappointed with the performance”, Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri said.

“Now I have another chance to give my players a chance to show their skills”.

“Now we are focused on the cup”, Ranieri said.

Turning to the cup tie, Ranieri said Matty James may return from eight months out with a knee injury against Spurs, although he may start on the bench after 30 minutes’ action with the development squad on Monday.

Steve McClaren’s Magpies have lost a staggering 1,042 days to 33 injuries across 18 players, with Liverpool losing 965 days and Eddie Howe’s impressive Cherries missing out on 944, with a number of serious injuries to their key players including striker Callum Wilson. Tottenham have a lot of good young players and he is utilising the tools he has at his disposal very well. “He can help the squad”.

“I will speak with my players about who takes them”.

Tottenham finally got the better of Leicester this season at the fourth time of asking as they reached the FA Cup fourth round with a 2-0 victory. If the Premier League is to hold itself as the greatest sports entertainment on the globe, then it has to get these game-changing moments right. “I wanted to use it to see all of my players and I am happy because they all played to their maximum”. Leicester came away from bottom club Aston Villa with a point, but will feel it should have been three after missing a penalty.

Mauricio Pochettino: “We made some mistakes in both games that we need to try to fix for tomorrow”.
