Tottenham Plays 1-1 Draw With West Brom
Dier limped off after 75 minutes of Monday night’s 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion, heading straight down the tunnel at White Hart Lane.

Mahrez, who was named PFA Player of the Year on Sunday after chipping in with 17 goals and 11 assists to aid Leicester’s title charge, said he only began considering the possibility of Leicester winning the league in January. “Seven points is hard but we still need to fight in the next three games”, he added with a look of resignation. “But we need to still believe, still fight and be ready for the next game and hope Leicester drop points and we get the three points against Chelsea”. Yes, this is very frustrating. But the defender made amends with a second-half header to earn the much-improved Baggies a point.
“We felt comfortable on the pitch and created chances, but we lost control of the game and allowed them to create chances”. We don’t need to be nervous. So far it has been fantastic. “We need to keep fighting”, Kane told Sky Sports. “I think the club is coming to a very tough period because we are building a new stadium and we may focus sometimes on that, but at the same time it is very exciting”. But we weren’t good enough in the second half. “I have nothing to comment now but Dele has a strong character if you wind him up”.
“But I did not see it”. There has been a lot of discussion in Tottenham fan circles of Tony Pulis’ negative tactics during the match, including allegations of time-wasting, overly defensive football, and winding up players, but Kane was clear that the result falls squarely on his and his teammates’ shoulders.
West Brom thwarted their opponents with a typically dogged performance, snapping at Tottenham’s heels and making the most of any advantage they could find.
That’s the line in Sun Sport, along with David Moyes hoping for a Premier League return to manage his former club, Everton.
“We did smashing at (Manchester) City, got beat late on at Man Utd, and did well at Chelsea. So, it was important they had a go tonight”.
He said: “Tottenham are a fantastic team and their future is bright”.

Writing in his column for Colossus Bets, Owen said: “Tottenham must have been devastated by conceding the equaliser at West Brom on Monday night, which now gives them no room for error in their closing three games”. Tottenham’s goal difference gives them a bit of breathing room – certainly with Arsenal.
