Tottenham’s Harry Kane grief at Arsenal draw
Harry Kane insists that his Tottenham Hotspur team will bounce back from their defeat at West Ham United in this weekend’s Premier League clash with Arsenal.

The striker is still playing with a mask after breaking his nose recently and missing Tottenham’s home game against Fiorentina, but he was impressive from the start against Arsenal.
The Gunners had taken the lead at White Hart Lane courtesy of an Aaron Ramsey strike but – after Francis Coquelin’s red card for the visitors – Tottenham struck back through Toby Alderweireld and a wonderful, curling effort from Kane. Spurs were briefly 1-0 down, and the point they rescued was their 18th this season when coming from behind, seven more even than Leicester.
Alli played through minor ankle and knee problems and, despite a clever assist for Kane’s brilliant goal, did not look at his irrepressible best.
“When you lose you can blame that the players are exhausted or whatever but the reality is that it was just a bad night for us to play the way we play tonight”. Kane is not just a goalscoring machine, but is also extremely useful in the build-up play. Alli looks like a future cornerstone, a not for sale at any price kind of player like Harry Kane has become.
Twelve months ago, under Sam Allardyce, the Hammers were in freefall, desperately trying to pull the rip cord as they managed just three league wins over the final five months.
West Ham manager Slaven Bilic feels qualification for the Champions League this season is unrealistic. “We’re very disappointed. We had them where we wanted them, 2-1 up, down to 10 men and we had to finish the game off. We needed to score the third or fourth and if we had, it would be a very different changing room right now”.
‘We are managing Alli, but not only him.
“But there are a lot of games ahead; nine games and a lot of points”.
“Maybe I’m biased but they should be more happy with the result than us, because it could have been more”. “It is very tough, and we spend a lot of time analysing and to find information to give the best training sessions or recovery, to find the best way to help them. We try to look after everything”, Pochettino continued.

Tottenham’s youthful energy gives them the ability to maintain that pressing game for much of the match, and it could yet play a key part in the outcome of the title race.
