The Spurs boss said: “We are near the top after a very busy period”.
Things are getting tight in the race to the top of the Premiere League table, and Wednesday’s action was full of both missed opportunities and last ditch efforts.

Spurs are the second-most prolific shooting side in the division (according to WhoScored) but managed no attempts on West Ham’s goal in the first half.
The Guardian has revealed highly-rated Tottenham Hotspur prodigy Marcus Edwards is yet to pen a new deal with the club and, as such, will be available on a free transfer in 2017 when his scholarship expires. “For the whole 90 minutes we were magnificent”.
West Ham: Adrian 7, Obiang 7, Collins 7, Ogbonna 7, Cresswell 7, Noble 8, Kouyate 9, Antonio 8, Payet 8, Lanzini 7, Emenike 7.
“When you lose you can blame that the players are exhausted or whatever but the reality is that it was just a bad night for us to play the way we play tonight”.
Tottenham face their North London enemies on Saturday.
Either way, it’s Villa-Ardiles which wins out over Tevez-Mascherano if it’s a West Ham v Tottenham battle we’re talking about.
After facing Arsenal, Spurs travel to Germany for next week’s Europa League last-16 first leg against Borussia Dortmund, before travelling to Villa Park on Sunday for another crucial league game.
Bilic says it’s OK to dream of the Champions League “This season it’s not realistic but there’s nothing wrong with dreaming about it or trying to achieve it!”
