Tracy Morgan has married his longtime fiancée Megan Wollover in an emotional formal occasion on Sunday.
Morgan has largely remained outside of the spotlight since being injured in a multi-vehicle auto crash in New Jersey past year.
“After nearly losing Tracy past year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life”, Wollover, a model, tells People. Morgan’s friend and fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the accident, while Morgan suffered from multiple broken bones and a traumatic brain injury.
Morgan, 46, and Wollover, 28, got engaged in San Francisco in March 2011 and welcomed a daughter, Maven Sonae, in July 2013, according to Entertainment Tonight. But Tracy used the wedding as motivation.
“I had to go hard with the therapy …” I had to get better.
Tracy Morgan has recovered in other ways. Now, he said, “I have my good days, and my bad days”. He’s also set to host “SNL” on October 17. “Because I’m not 100 percent yet”. Morgan has three grown sons from his previous marriage to high school sweetheart Sabina, who he divorced in 2009.
Wedded bliss won’t be the only thing to get Tracy back in the swing of things.
