His recommendation will likely stand.

Congressional investigations of Clinton’s role and responsibility in Benghazi turned up evidence of her private email. “But I think it’s a very unusual set of circumstances and it began with President Clinton going onto an airplane just like, “Oh gee, hey, this is wonderful'”.

“This is a rigged system that obviously is showing some blatant favoritism”, Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann said in a conference call with reporters. “As usual, bad judgment”.

“We need a president that is going to turn our country around and Obama can not do it and Hillary Clinton will be even worse, believe me she will be even worse”, Trump said. One of the questions is whether she mishandled classified information on the servers. His appearance with Mrs Clinton was a reminder that it was his appointee who declined to pursue criminal charges.

“This is what other secretaries do, and she said now, looking at it in retrospect, I might do it differently now”, said U.S. Senator Tim Kaine. “We are glad that this matter is now resolved”.

Trump said Clinton had lied when she said she never sent classified information through a private server.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said the FBI’s findings are a glaring indictment of Ms Clinton’s complete lack of judgement.

Trump referred to charges brought against former Gen. David Petraeus, though that case involved the direct transfer of classified information to his mistress/biographer. He also added that her behavior has also made it possible for “hostile actors” t gain access to her emails.

Despite evidence of potential violations, the Federal Bureau of Investigation ultimately decided not to prosecute Clinton, arguing that there was no direct evidence that Clinton had “intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information”.
