Trump acknowledges that footage he saw was not from Iran
Donald Trump appears to have admitted he was wrong when he claimed he saw footage of cash being transferred to Iran.

His remarks, which immediately sparked concern that the Republican nominee was divulging classified information, aligned with a report that the United States had sent $400 million to Iran on the same day that it freed the American prisoners, a payment critics have decried as ransom.
“I have no idea what he’s talking about”, Kaine, a senator from Virginia, said on CBS “This Morning”.
In another sign of an effort to get his campaign back on track, Trump released a statement Friday following his tweet, saying Clinton and Obama “bear the direct responsibility of destabilizing the Middle East, having let ISIS take firm hold in Iraq, Libya and Syria, not to mention their allowing Americans to be slaughtered at Benghazi”. “I didn’t even live in New Jersey”, Kaine said, referring to an incident in which Trump confused him for former New Jersey Gov. Tom Kean.
“He was confusing it with a situation from two or three decades ago”.
Asked if he thinks Trump is confused, Kaine said: “I absolutely think he’s confused”.
After two days of saying he had seen a video of an unmarked plane dropping $400 million in Iran, reportedly in exchange for the release of four American hostages, Trump said the footage he saw was actually of something else. With the airplane coming in – nice plane – and the airplane coming in, and the money coming off, I guess. “You know, the paparazzi doesn’t do so well over there, right?”
Trump has been expressing outrage about a $400 million payment the US made to Iran this year. And they want to embarrass our president because we have a president who’s incompetent.

Pence also said Trump values the sacrifices made by military families: “This man has a heart for our soldiers”. “I mean, who would ever think they would be taking all of this money off the plane and then providing us with a tape?”
