Trump ad has audio of women accusing Bill Clinton of sexual assault

Among all adults, Clinton led Trump in the ABC/Post poll, 48 percent to 42 percent, with 63 percent saying she was qualified to be president, compared with 36 percent saying she was not. But her claim that he hasn’t had “a single ad ever run against him” is inaccurate.

Bishop would not confirm Graham’s remarks at the private event but said the senator has been clear that he doesn’t support a third-party run that some conservatives are working to organize.

Look for a big role for the first lady at the Democratic National Convention.

Trump has accused Clinton of using the “the woman’s card” to win votes. Manafort said that the campaign would seek input from lawmakers’ offices, especially as the candidate barnstorms across their states.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said he would “absolutely” listen to Hillary Clinton if she discussed the possibility of him joining her ticket as her running mate. At the time, 68 percent of those surveyed said they couldn’t see themselves voting for Trump; 58 percent said the same of Clinton.

Trump also suggested that he might get some Democratic cross-over votes from those who support Clinton challenger Vermont Sen. You can’t just say he’s not qualified.

“Unless Republicans can figure out to way to reach out to minorities and take that 27% for Mitt Romney and build it up to 35% or 40%, they’re going to be looking at a very hard time getting elected in the near future”, he said. “This is unconventional warfare, and you can’t line up traditional infantry and artillery fighting what is a guerrilla war”.

It’s important to note that isn’t always this way: though tough campaigns can take a toll on a candidate’s favorability ratings, both Clinton and Trump start at historic lows.

Matt Viser of The Boston Globe walked through why the factors that mattered in past campaigns may not matter this round.

“They’re going to have to do some deep soul-searching and really think about, ‘Is Donald Trump’s Republican Party a party they feel comfortable in?'” said Alixandria Lapp, executive director of the House Majority PAC, which backs Democrats in House campaigns.

“In the primary process, we focus on our disagreements”. “And that’s exactly what we’re seeing right now”.

Ben Carson is a former primary rival-turned-top Trump surrogate who has proven to be a headline generator. Part of a vice presidential search team. The numbers were reversed for Trump; 58 percent said he was not qualified to occupy the White House and 39 said he was.

As for Trump’s penchant for controversial statements about women, Everhart said, “I learned a long time ago that most any man over 50 in this party, they like you as long as you’re making the cookies”. In fact, he sees them as proof that he would be a superior general election candidate to the former first lady – most polls show him leading Trump. Soon, you may be able to add vice president to the list.

Because of that, Trump’s industrial Midwest strategy may end up being more of a necessity than a choice given his soaring unpopularity among the fast-growing minority groups that are reshaping politics in the western states, as well as states like Georgia and North Carolina. He has argued that he can galvanize blue-collar workers and Reagan Democrats in those areas to put states like Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin into the GOP column.

All but one of those races – Nevada – involves Republican incumbents viewed as vulnerable. Trump is expected to waltz to victory as the only active candidate on the ballot. But this source said the early research was encouraging, and that those forces believed the critical period to invest and try to shape the key Senate races was between now and the GOP convention in July.
