Trump Adviser Calls for Hillary’s Execution by Firing Squad for ‘Treason’

WASHINGTON ― One of Donald Trump’s advisers on veterans affairs wants Hillary Clinton to be shot for treason.

“Anyone that commits treason should be shot”, Al Baldasaro, an adviser to the Trump campaign for veterans issues, he told The Daily Beast. “The lies that she told those mothers about their children that got killed over there in Benghazi”.

“When you give up (military) people’s names, you’re putting people’s lives in danger”, he stated, directly referencing Clinton’s email scandal, in which she sent confidential information over a poorly protected private server during her tenure as the secretary of state. “By repeatedly praising someone like Al Baldasaro in the past, Donald Trump has lifted up the worst of the New Hampshire Republican Party and shown exactly what kind of company he intends to keep as President”.

Note, Baldasaro’s comments, which are obviously indefensible, are built entirely around conspiracy theories surrounding Benghazi – all of which congressional Republicans have already debunked.

On Wednesday, Baldasaro stood by those comments, in an interview with radio station WBUR.

“I suspect when I speak to him later today that I’m going to hear a big personal dynamic that’s part of this story too because it involved his wife”, Christie said. The Trump campaign also did not respond to an email, asking if Baldasaro was still associated with the campaign.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has narrowed Democratic Hillary Clinton’s lead over him in the polls from 15 percentage points last week to 7 percentage points this week.

Convention speakers have “prosecuted” Clinton at a mock trial, accused her of being a serial liar and even linked her to the Devil himself.

What he really “meant” was that Clinton should be up on treason charges.

“Hillary” was reportedly the most-used word during Tuesday night’s speeches, and the crowd on the floor of the Quicken Loans Arena erupted in chants of “lock her up” for the second night in a row.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign capitalized on the opportunity to agree, urging people to register to vote and chose her in November.

“This week at the Republican convention, we’ve seen the clearest embodiment yet of this unsafe phenomenon”, she added.

“What he’s saying is no different than the situation during World War II, when we put the Japanese in camps”, Baldasaro reportedly said.
