Trump Aide Says Candidates Have ‘Right To Privacy’ Of Medical Records
Donald Trump’s third campaign manager has been universally praised as the most skillful political tactician of the bunch, but Kellyanne Conway’s whiplash-inducing about-face on health disclosure in the span of two days should raise doubts about her political communication skills. But Alisyn, this is what I expect from the Clinton campaign.

It’s a little jarring to hear Conway make the case for less transparency just hours after her campaign attacked Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton for not being sufficiently transparent about her health after she appeared to faint at a 9/11 memorial event in NY over the weekend. “So the question remains, why in the world did Hillary Clinton lie to everyone and hide such an important fact for two days saying she was overheated and dehydrated and then of course hours and hours later after, unfortunately, her health became the biggest trending story of the day, not the 9/11 fallen, why wait all those hours?” Apparently she was expecting an open forum to bash Clinton? “Why? Are you calling him a liar?”.
CONWAY: And then – and then – we all saw her by the van. Never mind that verifying information is a core journalistic imperative.
“Wow, you can laugh all you want at the medical report”, Conway fired back, referring to the medical report Trump’s doctor said he spent five minutes writing.
“This is like badgering”, Conway said.
“How is it badgering to ask for the evidence of a claim?”
CAMEROTA: This is all Mr. Trump has released about his health – four paragraphs, as you know, from his gastroenterologist, who says Mr. Trump’s health is “astonishingly excellent”.
“It also says that all of his latest medical examinations and tests were only positive results, which of course is amusing because that means something is wrong”. But that’s not what he meant.
