Trump appoints GOP chairman Priebus chief of staff

“There’s no ideal way to do this”, he told CNN’s “State of the Union”. “But anytime the president asks you to serve, it’s hard to turn down”.

Both houses of Congress are under Republican control. “He was congratulated, and I think they resolved to work together”.

A senior congressional Republican says the GOP’s agenda in the upcoming Congress doesn’t include further investigations of Hillary Clinton.

Priebus should be a reassuring presence to establishment Republicans still uncertain about what a Trump White House will look like. Critics have taken to calling it “Trumpbart” and the “Trump propaganda arm” (despite the fact that its late founder, Andrew Breitbart, was no Trump fan).

“I take him at his word”. Trump tweeted: “The people of OH were incredible!”
