Trump Attacks Former Senator Hillary Clinton on Jobs
“The Washington Post writes, and I quote: ‘upstate job growth stagnated overall during [Hillary Clinton’s] tenure, with manufacturing jobs plunging almost 25 percent…the former first lady was unable to pass big ticket legislation…”

Hillary Clinton’s efforts to create 200,000 new jobs in Upstate New York during her tenure as senator fell flat, according to an analysis by The Washington Post.
The message runs counter to her performance as a US senator from NY, according to a Washington Post review of her promise to create 200,000 jobs in the economically struggling Upstate region.
Clinton’s backers say the unfulfilled jobs promise pales in comparison to her work on the September 11, 2001 recovery and protecting NY military installations. On the whole, though, black pastors are much more opposed to Donald Trump: 20 percent of recent attendees said they’ve heard comments against Trump at church.
The campaign cites reports that it says show Clinton’s plans would create 10.4 million jobs – including 270,000 in Virginia – while under Trump the economy would lose 3.4 million jobs and plunge into recession. “A vote for Hillary Clinton is also a vote for the TPP”, Trump said. “Nearly eight years after Clinton’s Senate exit, there is little evidence that her economic development programs had a substantial impact on upstate employment”, writes Jerry Markon.
