Trump bans Chris Christie from Oreos

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks to supporters and the media with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie behind him at Trump Tower following the conclusion of northeastern primaries on April 26. Or did you simply miss it on television?

New Jersey is grappling with a number of fiscal issues, including a sluggish recovery, a decrease in its credit rating and billions of dollars in unfunded pension liabilities.

But this was no ordinary political Trump rally. The billionaire businessman once owned three Atlantic City casinos. And apparently, he has great affection for the Garden State. Most New Jersey residents were not pleased with Christie’s foray into the world of presidential politics, and they really don’t like the idea of the governor yoking himself to Trump to further his political career. “Wise guys. So many wise guys”.

And because this is New Jersey, no one has any problems making their feelings known.

Mr. Trump’s outsider candidacy appealed to voters like Eric Stephens, who expressed frustration with Republicans in Congress, while Leonard Steinberg said Mr. Trump had connected with the average person.

But, the governor noted, the decision was easy for him and his wife, Mary Pat Christie. The New Jersey Bridges Over Politics advocacy group that is run by a former aide of a Democratic congressman created giant billboards that featured a picture of Trump and Christie embellished with texts such as “stand up to racism and bigotry”.

“We never ever make a mistake, by standing with a friend”, Christie said.

As Christie is on Trump’s vice presidential short-list, the fundraiser to benefit Christie’s dormant campaign was a sort of audition for the No. 2 slot. Cindy Kyreakakis, wearing a U.S. tiara, said she felt Mr. Trump was a “born leader” who will turn the country and the economy around.

On the other hand, Christie endorsed Trump way back in the day when his candidacy was considered a joke.

Trump also made note of Thursday’s disappearance of an Egypt Air flight from Paris to Cairo, speculating that the plane, which has yet to be located, had come under attack.

“The best thing you can do for this country is to give it Donald J. Trump as president”, she said.

“I’m not eating Oreos anymore….” “Neither is Chris … don’t feel bad”.

“You’re not going to have a trade war”. Will you stop winning so much? “It’s driving them insane'”.

“I’m not going to be responding”, Clinton said. “We’re going to win, win, win”.

The man who says he would make America great again and “America’s favorite cookie” have had a rocky relationship since he announced his presidential campaign. And, on top of that, they are building fortresses on the South China Sea. “It’s for either of us”, he said, drawing loud laughs from the crowd.

“Build the wall!” the crowd replied.

Trump said there’s one word that won’t be used anymore to describe the USA if he’s elected. We’re going to win, win, win.

The presumptive nominee also compared the United States to “a big big sloppy bully who gets punched in the face and gets knocked down”. He is also seen as a deeply racist, bigot, misogynist figure. “Unless you’re doing the punching, then it’s O.K”.

But despite this being a fundraiser for Christie, the event had all the typical trappings of a Trump rally, with supporters wearing the trademark hats or holding signs that the “Silent Majority” stands with Trump.
