Trump Beats Clinton for First Time in Average of Recent Polls

A new Washington Post/ABC News poll released Sunday finds Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in a statistical tie, with Trump leading Clinton 46 percent to 44 percent among registered voters. Seventy-eight percent of Republicans and 88 percent of Democrats said yes.

Moving on to the new batch of CBS polls, in which voters in the battleground states of Florida and OH were surveyed, Clinton was just one point ahead of Trump in Florida, clearly within the poll’s four point margin of error.
