Trump calls Cruz a hypocrite: ‘He’s a nasty guy, nobody likes him’
“You give a campaign contribution to Ted Cruz, you get whatever the hell you want”, he said, the boos beginning.

Trying to prove Trump is not the conservative he says he is, Cruz’s campaign released a video entitled “Donald Trump’s New York Values” that linked to a 1999 interview Trump did on NBC’s “Meet the Press” in which Trump declared he favored a woman’s right to abortion and supported gay marriage.
Trump added this caption: “Ted is the ultimate hypocrite”.
Cruz accepted the maximum possible donation from the pair – despite later claiming LGBT activists like Ellen Page are “liberal fascists”.
“You know why? He wants to look like Robin Hood that he’s the one protecting the people from the banks while he’s actually borrowing money and personally guaranteeing it and not disclosing it, which is illegal”, Donald Trump told Stephanopoulos during the interview.
“Often conservatives are just all over the place and they dissipate their strength by spreading it out across too many candidates”, said New Hampshire state Rep. Bill O’Brien, a state co-chair for Cruz.
And the very first question from the audience invited the Texas senator to again offer a faux-apology to Trump for the loaded criticism of the city – in which he happily obliged.
Trump has criticized Cruz for receiving a 2012 Senate campaign loan from Goldman Sachs, where the senator’s wife, Heidi, was a senior executive.
Brown introduced Trump at the event as “the next President of the United States”, something he’s said a few times before when hosting other Republican presidential candidates. Wow, that sounds like a very good case. “He’s a guy-and I think Trump’s right about this-he’s a guy whose views are often very, very malleable depending upon what he considers to be politically advantageous at the moment”, Christie continued.
“Marco Rubio has the most at stake”, Klein said.
Still, Cruz so far showed a little restraint when it came to whacking Trump before voters, rather than just reporters.
Are you beginning to understand why I have been calling Trump’s candidacy into question?
Trump, by contrast, has gone hard after the man he once floated for his running mate, unleashing a Twitter rant against Cruz Saturday morning and tweeting a photo of ground zero after the 9/11 attacks to fire back at Cruz following his attacks on “New York values”. Instead of celebrating Christmas, New Yorkers celebrate a pagan holiday called “Festivus, ‘” Killam said. “And I think I’ll be a much better person for evangelicals but also for everybody else”.
Trump is also using one of his advantages, his celebrity status, to motivate volunteers.

The controversy has loomed over Cruz’s current tour of New Hampshire, where he has been campaigning in close proximity to Trump, the current poll leader nationally and in the Granite State.
