Trump Campaign CEO Complained About Jews

Stephen Bannon’s appointment as chief executive of Donald Trump’s campaign has drawn scrutiny to his personal history, including a 1996 arrest in a domestic-violence case that was ultimately dismissed.

An ex-wife of Donald Trump’s new campaign CEO, Stephen Bannon, said Bannon made anti-Semitic remarks when the two battled over sending their daughters to private school almost a decade ago, according to court papers reviewed Friday by The Associated Press.

The revelations about Bannon come as he is trying to reshape a Trump campaign that has struggled to appeal to female voters.

Court documents first obtained by Politico describe how, in 1996, his wife was left with red marks on her neck and wrist after the New Year’s Day argument at their home in Santa Monica, California, which began when she woke early to feed their twin daughters and he “got upset at her for making noise”. The case, first reported by the New York Post, was dismissed in court, records show.

Bannon’s spokesperson told Politico that the “bottom line” was that Bannon still “has a great relationship with the ex-wife, he still supports them”. “These were photographed”, the police report states, adding that the ex-wife declined an emergency protective order.

The officer informed her that he was responding to a report of a 911 hangup.

Piccard claims in the divorce papers: “Bannon made it clear that he would not marry me just because I was pregnant. I was told that I could go anywhere in the world”, said the documents, which could not be independently verified. Bannon used to rent the house for his ex-wife to use but never lived there.

Trump’s campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway said she didn’t know whether or not Donald Trump was aware of the charges against Bannon. She told the Post, “I have no comment and neither does my daughter”.

“After the test showed that the babies were normal the respondent sent over a prenuptial agreement for me to review”.

But the video, titled “Trump and the extreme right-wing” on the Clinton campaign’s The Briefing channel on YouTube (and also released on Twitter and Facebook), was only part of a relentless social media attack on Trump for the way his campaign has subtly and not-so-subtly courted racist voters and organizations. Though he did eventually fire Lewandowski, it was reportedly only because there were doubts about whether he would be able to manage a general election campaign – not because of his battery charges, for which Trump actually defended his campaign manager.

“He pulled her down, as if he was trying to pull [her] into the vehicle, over the door”, the report said, adding that Bannon also “grabbed at [her] neck” and that she struck at his face to get free.

But the Miami-Dade property owner, Luis Guevara, told The Guardian that “nobody lives there”.

The address where Bannon is now registered in Sarasota County is also associated with venture capitalist Andrew Badolato, who, according to his website, has worked as an associate producer on films produced and directed by Bannon. A Bloomberg profile from 2015 noted that Bannon lived in the so-called “Breitbart Embassy, ” a mansion in D.C. that operated as the offices of Breitbart News. The charges against him were dropped due to witness unavailability, according to Politico.
