Trump campaign releases results from physical, says “in excellent physical health”

Trump also took a swipe at Clinton’s health during a rally in Canton, Ohio, on Wednesday night, telling the crowd, “You think Hillary would be able to stand up here for an hour and do this?” Trump’s doctor said the candidate is in good health, though he is overweight.

Bornstein later said he wrote the letter in five minutes as a limousine sent by the candidate idled outside.

Rival Hillary Clinton has criticized Trump for failing to share much about his medical records while calling for her own. He said that when he’s with the 39-year-old, “I feel I’m the same age as him”. Antibiotics and a few days of bed rest were prescribed.

The campaign of U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump released on Thursday a new brief note from Trump’s doctor, claiming that the candidate is “in excellent physical health”.

Some of the examinations took place in 2013, including a “normal” colonoscopy and a calcium score. Indeed she was back on the campaign trail today.

Campaign officials belatedly revealed she had been diagnosed with walking pneumonia but chose to power through it – until she couldn’t.

She said she was “doing great” and “excited to get to North Carolina” for a campaign event. And he’s accused Clinton of starting the “birther” movement, questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship when he was its most vocal proponent.

Trump and his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton have been under pressure to share more medical information since Clinton fell ill during a 9/11 ceremony in NY on Sunday and was forced to leave.

Clinton produced a doctor’s report this week on her bout with pneumonia and promised to release a full health report within days.

None of them had to release any of this information because of HIPAA, which was signed into law 20 years ago by a certain President Bill Clinton.

The one-page letter debuted on “The Dr. Oz Show” on Wednesday morning when Trump pulled it out of his pocket and presented it to host Mehmet Oz. “It’s a lot of work”.

Until now, the main source of information about Trump’s health has been a widely mocked letter from his long-time physician declaring he would be the healthiest president in history. Some Democrats worry about Clinton’s lack of transparency hurting her campaign. “To every kid in America tonight, I want you to know that your parents are working so hard to make your life better, and to make your country better”.

Presumably thanks to the drugs, Trump’s cholesterol level is now normal. There was no mention of her weight, a key part of any medical exam. But it did say that Trump, who stands around 6’2, weighs 267 pounds or 236 pounds, depending on the source. The 70-year-old has blood pressure of 116 over 70 and his total cholesterol is 169, his doctor says.

The letter, released Thursday, is more detailed than one he had released previously that consisted largely of platitudes. “He does not use tobacco products or alcohol”.
