Trump Campaign Upset About Trump’s Behavior
Mike Pence went out and offered a strong endorsement of Ryan yesterday, claiming that Trump had privately endorsed Pence’s endorsement.

“Trump is still behaving like as though it was the primaries and there were 17 candidates”.
Trump will not win the presidency because a majority of Americans are led by better angels and, just like in 2012, they will enter the voting booth and ascribe to live up to Lincoln’s highest praise.
“Wouldn’t that be embarrassing to lose to crooked Hillary Clinton?”. And two sources close to the Trump campaign said privately they wished Trump would apologize to the Gold Star family, even though the Khans attacked Trump from the stage at the Democratic National Convention last month.
Trump tweeted Wednesday that the campaign unity is “perhaps greater than ever before”.
“Frankly the frustration we have is with you all”, he said during a telephone interview, “because you’re not covering our side of the campaign”.
“I strongly endorse his re-election”, Pence, of IN, said IN an interview with Fox News. He also insisted, “We’ve never been this united”.
He continued: “The turmoil-this is another Hillary Clinton narrative that’s been put out there and that the media is picking up on….” It is arguably vocal outbursts, however, that most helped him navigate a GOP primary and beat out more than a dozen contenders. “I’m in control of doing the things that he wants me to do”. Trump responded with a Facebook post that started, “Obama-Clinton have single-handedly destabilized the Middle East, handed Iraq, Libya and Syria to ISIS, and allowed our personnel to be slaughtered at Benghazi”. “And so it’s not just in Paul Ryan’s district, that gets all of the notoriety because it’s the speaker”.
When questioned about Trump’s decision, Duffy said he couldn’t explain it. “It doesn’t make sense because this is a game of addition”, he said.
Ryan has remained critical of some of Trump’s controversial remarks, however, including his recent attacks on the parents of a fallen Muslim soldier.
Privately, however, Trump has concerns about his own team.
Reports were also surfacing this week that some Republicans are openly wondering how they might replace Trump if he were to suddenly drop out of the race, and that voting against Trump was suddenly an option for many Republicans. “She misstated what that director said about her emails”.

Mr. Ryan said businessman Paul Nehlen, his GOP primary opponent, is “desperate” and “making stuff up”, and pushed back against the notion that he wants open borders. Of course, he’s tried to bridge the party together with Paul Ryan. “But if I see and hear things that I think are wrong, I’m not going to sit by and say nothing because I think I have a duty as a Republican leader to defend Republican principles and our party’s brand”. The remaining $16 million was raised in 20 fundraising events.
