Trump Cancels Israel Trip, Optimistically Reschedules for When He Is President

A majority of Americans oppose Donald Trump’s controversial plan to ban Muslims from entering the United States, but one in four supports it, according to the first major national poll since the furor erupted.

“There is somebody called Donald Trump running in your presidential campaign, and he again spoke this morning about the United Kingdom, saying that we were busy disguising a massive Muslim problem”, the ambassador said.

Trump’s statement, which has drawn widespread criticism both at home and overseas, came in response to the deadly shootings in San Bernardino, California, last week, in which a married Muslim couple described as “radicalized” by authorities killed 14 people.

“The State of Israel respects all religions and strictly guarantees the rights of all its citizens”.

“At the same time, Israel is fighting against militant Islam that targets Muslims, Christians and Jews alike and threatens the entire world”.

“He said stop letting them in temporarily until Homeland Security…can get a hold of what in the heck is going on and give us a little more protection”, said Ardith Forrest, 76, of Georgia. “And, you know, if that is the case, then you know I’m out of here”.

Spokesman Doug Watts said Carson was appalled at reports suggesting that Republican leaders were trying to manipulate the party’s presidential nominating process.

– In the same poll, 43 percent of Republican primary voters say they are angry about politics in Washington, and among those people, 43 percent support Mr. Trump.

Meanwhile, Israeli politicians and more than 3,70,000 Britons urged their governments on Wednesday to bar Mr Trump from their countries after he called for a ban on Muslims in the US.
