Trump files $10 million lawsuit against ex campaign aide
Instead, Nunberg says the contract that should apply is the consulting agreement he signed with the Trump exploratory committee. Nunberg, in response, accuses the Republican candidate of “a misguided attempt to cover up media coverage of an apparent affair” between senior campaign staffers.

But aside from filing a potentially frivolous and baseless lawsuit (as is his wont), Trump really screwed the pooch by deciding to list Trump 2012 PCA alongside the campaign as a plaintiff.
The billionaire has for years fought to protect the secrecy of his businesses and family.
Interestingly enough, Nunberg was not the only Trump employee required to sign a nondisclosure agreement, rather it seems to be the norm for those he employs.
The GOP nominee and his lawyers were also battling in a San Diego courtroom to block the release of deposition videos Trump gave in the suit against Trump University.
According to reports, the Trump campaign had sought to litigate in private, but the court documents were revealed when Nunberg, 34, a lawyer, filed for a stay in the arbitration on Monday. He added this is Trump’s payback for his endorsement of competitor Senator Ted Cruz.
The candidate is seeking $10 million in damages from the former campaign aide for breaching a confidentiality agreement.
Lewandowski advocated the suit as a way to make sure his relationship with Hicks ― which Nunberg’s filing calls a “sordid and apparently illicit affair” ― didn’t become public, the adviser said.
Sam Nunberg, who was sacked late last summer from the campaign after racially charged Facebook posts of his surfaced, is the former aide being sued.
Since then, Nunberg has been fiercely critical of Trump and his campaign staff, particularly Lewandowski, who is now a CNN contributor.
“I literally will suck the f***ing blood out of his skull by the time I’m done with him”, Nunberg promised.
Nunberg’s mother, Rebecca, said her son never received any basic tax forms while he was working for the campaign.
The ex campaign aide, however, denied being the source of the article.
A Trump spokeswoman did not respond to comment.

Lewandowski helped Trump upset 16 primary rivals, a stunning feat for the political novice and a campaign manager with little presidential campaign experience. Now it seems that there was more at stake than just tension over the campaign.
