Trump Files $10 Million Lawsuit Against Former Aide
The agreement prevents the signatory from disclosing any confidential information or saying anything negative about “Mr. Trump, any Family Member, any Trump Company, or any Family member company”, or any assets any of those entities own.

The Republican presidential candidate is seeking $13 million in damages from former senior campaign consultant Sam Nunberg, claiming he violated a nondisclosure agreement.
The dispute between Trump and his former aide is the latest in a string of legal battles that has distracted his campaign.
But aside from filing a potentially frivolous and baseless lawsuit (as is his wont), Trump really screwed the pooch by deciding to list Trump 2012 PCA alongside the campaign as a plaintiff. The Republican candidate has also said that he is considering such a measure for his staff in the White House if his is elected.
Interestingly enough, Nunberg was not the only Trump employee required to sign a nondisclosure agreement, rather it seems to be the norm for those he employs.
In the court filings, Nunberg denied disparaging Trump and accused the presumptive GOP nominee of attempting to “bully” him into silence after Nunberg made a decision to publicly support Texas Senator Ted Cruz’s presidential bid.
Nunberg’s lawyer, Andrew Miltenberg, told reporters the dispute is important to voters because it raises questions about how Trump runs his campaign.
Nunberg was terminated by the Trump campaign for posting racist material to his Facebook page in August 2015.
In a recent GQ magazine interview, he said he would suck the “blood out of (Lewandowski’s) skull by the time I’m done with him”.

Donald Trump’s former political consultant Sam Nunberg sued Trump’s campaign committee in New York Tuesday, to stay an “unauthorized arbitration” demanding $10 million from Nunberg, who ditched the mogul in favor of Sen. Not only had Nunberg been fired 10 months prior to when the alleged incident took place, even if he had talked to the press about it, a public fight between two (allegedly) romantically-involved staffers doesn’t constitute the sort of private campaign info that would fall under the NDA’s purview. “With regard to Mr. Nunberg, this agreement specifically calls for arbitration, and Mr. Nunberg is simply looking for free publicity using categorically false claims”.
