Trump floats Ivanka for Cabinet, prompting Clinton jab

She has certainly opened a window for voters to see one of Trump’s biggest accomplishments in life, which is his success at raising a very strong and intelligent woman.

Trump has faced questions during his campaign about his views and treatment of women.

The announcement of the all-male economic advisory council comes a day after Trump was unable to name a woman besides his daughter, Ivanka, who could serve in his cabinet if he were elected president. “I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her”. “Put Ivanka in!’ you know that, right?” “Put Ivanka in!’ You know that, right?” I can tell you everybody would say, “Put Ivanka in”. The 44-year-old previously worked for the Trump Organization, is a former Miss Florida and claims to have known Donald for “probably 20 years now”. In addition to the many disparaging comments he’s made about various public figures, he also once said of appointing ex-wife Ivana Trump to run his Atlantic City casino, “I think that putting a wife to work is a very unsafe thing”. “But there really are so many that are talented people, like you”, he said to Savage, “You’re so talented, I don’t know if your viewers know that”.

“Is this breaking news?” “For too long we have watched as President Obama and Hillary Clinton have ruined our economy and decimated the middle class. I am going to be the greatest jobs President our country has ever seen”, Trump boasted in an accompanying statement.

“Sounds like it to me”, Trump responded, clearly thinking about something else.

People Magazine points out, however, “The GOP presidential candidate failed to name any other women he would add to the Cabinet of the United States”.
