WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Hillary Clinton is healthy and fit to serve as president, her doctor said in a letter on the U.S. Democratic candidate’s medical condition provided by the campaign on Wednesday.

Bardack also wrote Clinton is in “excellent mental condition” and is “recovering well”.

After a video emerged of her stumbling and being held up by aides, the campaign revealed she had been diagnosed with pneumonia days earlier. After Clinton stopped by her daughter’s apartment – and told the media that she was feeling better – Bardack evaluated Clinton at her home in Chappaqua, New York, and the campaign later told the media that Clinton had pneumonia.

Dr. Lisa Bardack, who signed the letter and has treated Clinton since 2001, wrote that Clinton “continues to remain healthy and fit to serve as President of the United States”.

For her part, Clinton is trying to make up for her wobbly appearance at a 9/11 event and pneumonia diagnosis.

Clinton’s campaign acknowledged on Monday it mishandled public concerns about her medical condition and said additional medical details of Clinton, 68, would soon be released.

In addition to the antibiotics for her pneumonia, Clinton takes three regular medications – Armour Thyroid, used to treat hypothyroidism and other thyroid disorders; Coumadin, which can prevent and treat blood clots; and Clarinex, an allergy medication – and vitamin B-12 as needed.

“So I think that the real questions need to be directed toward Donald Trump and his failure to even meet the most minimalistic standards that we expect of someone being the nominee of one of our two major parties”, she said. “I don’t think so, I don’t think so”.

While speaking to reporters, Clinton also went off on Donald Trump for calling a pastor who interrupted his remarks in Flint, Michigan on Wednesday a “nervous mess”.

She was asked to comment on former Secretary of State Colin Powell’s hacked emails that showed him saying: “Everything HRC touches, she kind of screws up with hubris”.

Trump’s campaign on Thursday released a letter from his doctor outlining the results from his latest physical.

Trump surprised people on Wednesday when he discussed some medical information on “The Dr. Oz Show,” including the results of a recent physical exam. Her mammograms are great.

Speculation has surrounded Clinton’s health since she was forced to leave a 9/11 memorial service in NY early on Sunday.

He also appeared on a United States medical chat show, which aired on Thursday, to discuss his health.

During an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said that the Republican nominee has a right to privacy as it relates to his medical records.

Bornstein and Trump came under fire last month after the doctor revealed that the note was written in five minutes while a limousine sent by the candidate waited outside Bornstein’s Manhattan office.
