But Clinton’s wrangles with Russian Federation led to mixed results.
Hillary Clinton is surging among women voters, posting a 23-point lead over her Republican rival Donald Trump in a new poll published on Saturday, with an overall lead of eight points.
What is devastating about the CBS News poll is that it shows that the majority of voters aren’t being swayed by Trump’s appeals to fear and anger. Some leading Republicans have expressed hope that Trump can at least stabilize his campaign by Labor Day, when many voters begin paying attention to congressional races.
Ahead of the nominating conventions Clinton had a four-point lead over Trump, according to an Post-ABC News survey.
