Trump has been raising questions about Clinton’s ‘stamina’

U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s health scare has triggered fresh speculation about her health and revived concerns about her physical fitness for running for the White House. Fallon said though she was diagnosed with pneumonia Friday, she was determined to attend Sunday’s ceremony.

Clinton said that when she entered the air-conditioned van and drank Gatorade, she immediately felt better.

“Thanks to everyone who’s reached out with well wishes!”

Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, said in an interview Tuesday with PBS that Hillary Clinton is “doing fine” after a good night’s sleep. “And when we see folks talking about transparency – you want to debate transparency?”

Clinton’s doctor said the 68-year-old former secretary of state “became overheated and dehydrated” at the 9/11 ceremony in Manhattan.

On Sunday, she fell ill at Ground Zero and was forced to leave the 9/11 memorial ceremony in NY early. She was diagnosed with the lung infection on Friday. He told the crowd that he’s enthusiastically behind Clinton – and they should be, too – a sort of acknowledgement of lack of enthusiasm among the ranks about Clinton’s bid.

On Sunday, Clinton left Ground Zero around 9:30 a.m. ET because she was feeling unwell.

“You can not run for president if you have such contempt in your heart for the American voters – and she does”, he said. “Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it”, she said, before stressing that other Trump supporters are frustrated and need sympathy. Clinton was spotted leaving her daughter’s apartment shortly before noon.

Clinton has tied herself closely to Obama, whom she served as Secretary of State, and gives him credit in almost every speech for pulling the country out of the “ditch” of the Great Recession at the start of his tenure. Late Sunday, she cancelled plans to travel to California for two days of fundraising, campaign events and an appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show.

“I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely”, the statement said.

Mr Trump said in a phone interview with Fox News he hoped Mrs Clinton got well. “And it’s just so odd, with all of that information out there, and as soon as it became clear I couldn’t power through, we said what was going on”.

“It’s just the kind of thing, if it happens to you, and you’re a busy, active person, you keep moving forward”, Clinton said.

Axelrod also took aim at Trump, arguing it was “egregious” for the businessman not to release his medical records and tax filings.

According to the latest poll, conducted by YouGov in partnership with the Times of London, only 45 percent of American voters believe the Clinton campaign’s explanation for why she suffered a “medical episode” at Sunday’s 9/11 memorial service in NY.

Trump and his allies pounced on Clinton’s “deplorables” remark, but remained mostly disciplined and silent on Clinton’s health.
