Trump honors memory of Otto Warmbier in State of the Union Address

Most of Trump’s top national security advisers have said that military options should be reserved pending an imminent threat to the United States or allies, but McMaster has repeatedly suggested otherwise – even hinting that war is a real possibility and one that could come soon.

Trump responded through Twitter, saying he has a bigger button on his desk and that the dictator should be cautious about launching missiles because the USA can easily destroy him and North Korea.

The North Korea expert agrees with the Trump administration’s determination that, if unchecked, the volatile country “will build an arsenal with multiple nuclear missiles meant to threaten the USA homeland” and cut us off from our allies in the region.

Selva said Tuesday that North Korea has grown adept at hiding its missile program and evading American spy satellites.

Selva said North Korea has also become very good at predicting when spy satellites are overhead and adept at camouflaging its missiles.

Under United Nations Security Council resolutions, North Korea is allowed to import no more than 500,000 barrels of refined petroleum a year.
