Trump insists he has ‘great respect’ for Megyn Kelly
Fox is getting ready to air Megan Kelly presents, a one-hour interview special with some of the most talked about names in the country.

Kelly also questioned Trump about the tone of his campaign, noting his frequent rhetorical attacks against various people. He also offered up a half-hearted apology for retweeting a tweet that compared his wife’s appearance to his opponent Ted Cruz’s wife.
