Trump Insists Obama, Clinton ‘Co-Founded’ Islamic State

These are the founders of ISIS, because of bad judgment.

In reality, the founder of ISIS was a terrorist.

Trump first made the assertion in a speech on Wednesday night in Florida, saying, “I call them co-founders” of Islamic State.

In the last 48 hours or so, Trump’s latest remarks, about Barack Obama “founding Isis” have taken over United States and global news cycles.

Donald Trump offered a fatalistic assessment of his personal and political future on Thursday, saying he will not abandon the controversial style that fueled his ascent despite lagging poll numbers and a string of damaging controversies.

In recent weeks Trump has seen a steady stream of moderate Republicans vow not to support him, such as U.S. Senator Susan Collins of ME, while 50 Republican national security experts signed a letter opposing him. Asked by CNBC how he planned to reverse the advantage that Clinton has opened over him, Trump said he simply planned to do “the same thing I’m doing right now”.

Trump also referred to the president by his full name – Barack Hussein Obama – which is often used as a dog whistle by Obama’s fringe critics who believe the president is Muslim or is secretly sympathetic to Islamic terrorists. “He hates them. He’s trying to kill them”. Obama had opposed the Iraq war and campaigned for the White House in 2008 on a promise to end it. He was the founder.

The condemnation of Trump’s flat out lie about Obama and Clinton founding ISIS has been widespread outside of conservative media circles.

I’m a truth teller. They screwed everything up. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks.

Trump added later: “No, it’s no mistake”. “It’s not what I’m looking to do – I think we’re going to have a victory but we’ll see”, Trump added. “I don’t think I’ve made too many errors”, he told CNBC. “He was the most valuable player”. You heard about this whole deal.

Hewitt: I did. I did.

Trump has previously criticised Clinton for supporting the Iraq War in 2003 while she was a USA senator.

Hewitt: I know what you’re arguing. “I wish Mr. Trump all the best for his future endeavors and hopefully he can find some professional help”. Obama and Clinton in effect created the space for ISIS’s success. “I do”, Trump said, using another acronym for the extremist group that has wreaked havoc from the Middle East to European cities.

As for the manner of the USA withdrawal, Trump actually wanted US troops out years earlier than Obama brought them out.

Since July’s Republican convention, Clinton has taken a firm lead in the polls as Trump has struggled from controversy to controversy, pursuing a feud with the Muslim family of a dead army captain and suggesting Russian Federation publish any of Clinton’s missing emails it has hacked, before this week’s inflammatory remarks.

Hewitt then countered one last time by suggesting that he personally would use “different language” to communicate the same criticism. Trump’s response was remarkable for its awareness.

A group of about 70 Republicans, including five former members of Congress, called on the Republican National Committee to stop helping Trump in the wake of his recent remarks.

Evidence that Trump has no intention of actually running a serious race for president is everywhere and has been for months.

These are words by Donald Trump, a native US citizen running for the highest office in the United States of America.
