Both candidates’ health is impressive, given their ages, since measures such as blood pressure and cholesterol often rise over the years. Or should Mr Trump actually be anxious?
After Clinton’s incident on Sunday, Trump said he had happened to undergo a physical exam the previous week and would release results from it, augmenting a letter from Bornstein a year ago that critics said was inadequate. I understand that many Americans think that Clinton’s health in particular has become a political issue and to a certain degree Trump’s has not been covered with the same level of intensity. His campaign said Trump was releasing “medical records”, as many other White House contenders have done, but Trump disclosed nothing beyond the one-page note.
