Trump does not smoke or drink, weighs 236 pounds and is 6-foot-3, giving him a body mass index of 29.5, his letter states.

In it, Trump’s doctor, Harold Bornstein, reported normal readings from a series of medical tests.

“The health of presidential candidates is a pertinent issue because voters have grown accustomed to being able to have health data on the candidates during the campaign”, says Andra Gillespie, associate professor of political science at Atlanta’s Emory University.

Clearly Donald or the Dr. Oz producers thought better of the comment before actually airing the episode, because after Ivanka walked out to greet Donald on the show, they dove right into business, with no uncomfortable kiss-talk in sight.

His campaign said Trump was releasing “medical records”, as many other White House contenders have done, but Trump disclosed nothing beyond the one-page note.
