Trump Live Tweets Saturday Night Live Sketch Mocking Cast, Self
As the strongest candidates rise above those who are in it just to make a little money, it’s clear that social media will play a powerful role in electing the next US president.

Did it all sound too good to be possible? They spoke about all of his main talking points while they were literally sitting in the White House.
Demonstrators march to protest Donald Trump’s views on immigration hours before he hosts “Saturday Night Live”, Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, in New York. In an effort, perhaps, to avoid equal-time restrictions, the “SNL” writers limited Trump’s appearance to 12 minutes, and spent twice as many slamming him, sometimes with his participation, sometimes without.
Writing for Time magazine, Daniel D’Addario said: “The show was at odds with itself in a manner that made truly bad TV”. It worked too. The Republican presidential candidate was in the middle of his opening monologue when he was interrupted by a shout of “You’re a racist!” from the audience. “I said to the writers of this sketch, ‘Keep it modest.'” His preference, he insisted, was to keep expectations low for his presidency and not overpromise.
Donald Trump continues to be the best form of ratings kindling. Like me, in 2004. The billionaire real estate mogul has promised to deport all 11 million undocumented immigrants and their families, some of whom are U.S. citizens.
“With me, it’s just magic”, he said, a reference to his campaign-trail promises that a Trump-led United States would be so great, Americans would “get tired of winning”. Referring to episodes of Saturday Night Live past, he said: “This show has been a disaster for me”.
Trump, the current front-running Republican presidential candidate, has long been a caricature of himself.
“Trump has no place on that stage”, Montgomery told TheBlaze prior to the show’s airing.
“It’s Larry David. What are you doing, Larry?”
Watch the clip of the “Seinfeld” creator heckling Trump below. Trump’s sketches seemed to become increasingly less compelling.
Other outlets, like The Hollywood Reporter, were a bit more harsh in appraising Trump’s performance, saying that the candidate’s gig was “toothless” and “uncomfortable”.

Technically Incorrect offers a slightly twisted take on the tech that’s taken over our lives. Trump is expected to host SNL on November 7th, but protesters plan to deliver a petition, with 460,000 signatures, calling on NBC Studios to drop Trump.
