It’s unclear whether other third-party presidential candidates will join Stein, Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton. Howell is the national Libertarian Party’s political director.

Green Party candidate for president Jill Stein was scheduled to speak at Capital University in Bexley, Ohio at noon Friday, but those plans had to change. She called for an end to the use of fossil fuels and set a goal of having the US use “clean, renewable energy by 2030”.
“We need a weapons embargo and a freeze on the bank accounts of our allies that refuse to stop letting the money flow and letting the weapons flow to terrorist enterprises…we can do [this] peacefully without creating the next wave of terrorism”, Stein said.
“No civilization has ever survived by devouring its youngest generation”, she said.
Luster wants to start a student organization on campus that would bring Green Party subscribers together. “The Green Party is the only progressive party in the election”. She also lays out her plan for a “Green New Deal”.
“There was apparently a misunderstanding by the person who made her flight arrangements – and that was not us”, said Suzanne Patzer of the Ohio Green party.
Demare agrees with Stein’s approach to higher education, which was loudly echoed by Sanders’ earlier presidential run. “I always thought it was a waste of a vote, but everything’s a waste right now”.
He said Hightower’s is “a awful story, but it’s a story a lot of people are going through”.

Adelman said she doesn’t have student loan debt, but she’s seen Ivanec struggle with it. “You should not have to buy survival with lifelong debt”, Stein said.
