Marco Rubio has generally focused his criticism of other candidates to Ted Cruz, Chris Christie and Jeb Bush, but the Florida Senator had pointed remarks for GOP leader Donald Trump. “Donald Trump needs to defend why he was supportive of Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton, why he gave money to the foundation, why he gave money to her campaign”, he added.
In the new video, Barbara Bush says people will come to realize that her son has “real solutions”. According to the campaign, the letter was her idea, and when the campaign fact-checked the statistics she used about his record, they found them all to be accurate. Asked where George W. Bush might travel for appearances, Bush responded: “He’s popular here, he’s popular in Iowa”.
A New York Times report on Thursday indicated that George W. could start publicly campaigning for his brother ahead of the SC primary due on February 20.
What happened under the first President Bush, explained Jeb Bush, showed the importance of building an global coalition before undertaking any war. “I don’t think she was prepared to endorse anybody else, but it’s nice validation just in case people were wondering”.
Bush has relentlessly focused on Trump over the course of the last few months, believing that he can win over undecided Republican voters by raising doubts about the front-runner’s lack of conservative bona fides.
Barbara Bush wasn’t always so sanguine about her eldest son’s bid to become the third Bush to hold the presidency. The candidate, who has grappled with how to utilize his family on the campaign trail, argued Thursday that his mother was a powerful surrogate. We’re going to get through it. I think voters have a pretty good radar for this sort of thing.
In 2013, she told NBC’s Matt Lauer: “There are other people out there that are very qualified and we’ve had enough Bushes”.

Miller said there were no details available about the two Bush brothers campaigning together.
