Trump officially names Mike Pence as VP

Republican vice presidential running mate Indiana Gov. Mike Pence speaks following his introduction by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump at the New York Hilton Midtown on July 16, 2016 in New York City.

Pence ultimately endorsed Texas Senator Ted Cruz ahead of the May 3 primary, but was careful not to speak ill of then-frontrunner Donald Trump. “He is a candidate that is really just unflawed”. But Twitter users suggested blurring the image to make it “appropriate” for audiences, while others said Trump and Pence must have a “very close relationship”. “And Mike Pence is steady and calm and cool under pressure and I think that’s going to be great for the ticket”.

Best known to national audiences for a controversial religious freedom bill staunchly opposed by LGBT groups, Pence said he is “a Christian, a conservative and a Republican, in that order”. And this campaign and Donald Trump’s candidacy has been about the issues the American people care about. We’re gonna declare war against ISIS. Just so we understand.

Fourth, Republican political alignment is stronger than it has been in generations: Republicans hold 31 governorships, and 54 Senators and 247 Members of the House of Representatives are Republicans, this is the strongest the Republican national party has been since the 1929-1931 election cycle.

In a rambling 29-minute speech that often deviated from prepared remarks, Mr Trump spoke at length about Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, Islamic terrorism, and his own proposals, before finally interrupting himself by saying “back to Mike Pence” and offering his motivation for the selection. It is now the party of same-sex bathrooms, same-sex marriage, government paid abortions, gun confiscation, open borders, job killing trade deals and the endless importation of welfare-dependent aliens.

“Let’s make IN the first state on the board to make Donald Trump the 45th president of the United States and send another Hoosier to the Vice President’s office”.

“We are going to have surrounding states and, very importantly, get North Atlantic Treaty Organisation involved because we support North Atlantic Treaty Organisation far more than we should, frankly, because you have a lot of countries that aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing”.

In this battle there is only the victory or defeat of constitutional liberty and the rule of law.

On Saturday however, a new logo appeared on the campaign’s website, which only shows both Trump and Pence’s family names above the slogan “Make America Great Again”.
