Trump on Khan remarks: ‘I don’t regret anything’
“If it was up to Donald Trump, he never would have been in America”, Khan said last Thursday. Susan Collins says the incident is making it increasingly hard to support the party’s nominee.

And Rep. Richard Hanna, R-New York, became the first House Republican to say he will vote for Hillary Clinton because Trump is “unfit to serve our party and can not lead this country”.
The Republican presidential nominee turned that statement around.
“If you look at his wife, she was standing there”.
Khan’s parents were thrown into the national spotlight last week after they gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention that criticized Trump.
Trump responded on social media saying: “I was viciously attacked by Mr. Khan at the Democratic Convention”.
“His answer defines him”, said Khizr Khan.
Since entering into a war of words with the Khans, Trump has been condemned by Democrats, Republicans and military parents, yet in a defiant interview Tuesday, the mogul admitted he doesn’t regret his Khan remarks.
“I’ve made a lot of sacrifices”. “You have a son in the military, how do you tolerate his disrespect?” He was posthumously awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. She had nothing to say.
He then talked about Trump and said that the businessman supports veterans “like no other leader in my lifetime”.
“I don’t think [Trump] knows the meaning of the sacrifice”, she wrote in a statement. “Hillary voted for the Iraq war, not me!”
And Balduf isn’t alone.
This Saturday will mark five years since Vaughn’s son died.
Trump also suggested Khan’s wife was not allowed to speak because the couple is Muslim, and that it was the candidate’s position on keeping terrorists out of the country that bothered Khan. “But I don’t believe in him and I know how strong the women are in Islam”.
On President Barack Obama, who said Tuesday that Trump was “unfit” to be president, the mogul told WJLA, “He’s a awful president”.

“You’re not going to find me being critical of Mr. or Mrs. Kahn”, he added. “Was it a slip of the tongue?” Gold Star families are those that have lost a close relative in military service. The document contained a transcript of Trump’s appearance on ABC’s “This Week” as well as talking points on Russian Federation and the email hack at the Democratic National Committee.
