Going down a litany of conservative planks – gun rights, national security, school choice – Cruz said the GOP agenda would return freedom to Americans while Democratic presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton is for government directing virtually every aspect of life.

On foreign policy, Pence, whose son is a Marine, said Obama and Clinton’s policies have America “leading from behind” and Clinton’s dishonesty on Benghazi should disqualify from holding office. “We need a president who gets American energy independence on all of the above”.

With Latinos being a critical part of this election and with the simple fact that not a single candidate has been able to make into The White House without at least 40% percent of the Latino vote, Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and the Republican Party as a whole, all have their work cut out for them.
