Trump pleads for black votes: ‘What do you have to lose?’
Trump also took his message to West Bend, Wisconsin, last week.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump visited flood-ravaged Louisiana on Friday, criticizing the USA president for not doing the same, as the region grapples with a historic disaster that killed 13 people.
“This has been one of the best weeks the campaign has had”, said Sean Spicer, chief strategist at the Republican National Committee.
Add it all up, and for the first time, the Trump campaign is taking on the appearance of something it has never had before: an air of normalcy. That’s a big reason why Trump’s Republican critics are skeptical their party’s nominee has the time or discipline to rescue his struggling White House bid.
Solid Democratic States are California (55), CT (7), DE (3), DC (3), Hawaii (4), IL (20), ME (4), Maryland (10), MA (11), New Jersey (14), NY (29), OR (7), Rhode Island (4), Vermont (3), Washington (12), Minnesota (10), New Mexico (5).
While Trump did bring in a new set of advisers in the past week, it appears all but certain his comeback strategy can not benefit from the proven building blocks of winning campaigns, especially when compared with the structure Clinton has assembled. The joint committees can use higher contribution limits; contributions are distributed among the campaign and national and state Democratic committees.
According to CNN, solid Republican States are Alabama (9), Alaska (3), Arkansas (6), Idaho (4), IN (11), Kansas (6), Kentucky (8), Louisiana (8), MS (6), Missouri (10), Montana (3), Nebraska (5), North Dakota (3), Oklahoma (7), SC (9), South Dakota (3), Tennessee (11), Texas (38), West Virginia (5), Wyoming (3).
It is too soon to say whether the moves will help; on the same day he announced the staff shake-up, two new Quinnipiac University polls suggested the swing states of Colorado and Virginia are nearly out of reach for Trump, with Clinton leading by 10 and 12 percentage points, respectively.
Trump’s visit to southern Louisiana put pressure on Clinton.
On the Democratic side, Johnston said some supporters of Clinton’s primary rival, Vermont Sen.
“This new team will be very, very aggressive”.
Trump’s offensive implication is that his supporters who are predominately white Republicans from rural counties have to go monitor areas that traditionally vote Democratic, which is more urban and more African American. “They will be on the attack”. Brad Parscale, the president, is the campaign’s director of digital marketing.
Bannon and Conway will have money to work with. The Clinton campaign and its main super PAC, Priorities USA, have spent at least $104 million on TV advertising so far.
The Democratic White House contender spent almost $49 million last month through her campaign committee and a joint fundraising committee that raises money for Hillary for America, according to new finance reports filed Saturday night.
So, what is the difference between Clinton and Trump’s tax plans? The hope is that Trump can avoid the missteps that have defined his campaign since the end of the conventions, including a public feud with an American Muslim family whose son was killed while serving in the military in Iraq.
“We ran on similar issues”, he said, although he admitted that Trump’s rhetoric is rather different.
That approach was evident Friday.
Friday’s rollout comes three days earlier than scheduled.
Speaking at a rally in the critical battleground state of Virginia, Trump declared that the “GOP has to do better” and wants to do better in its outreach to black voters.

The Republican establishment and party leaders who were reluctant to support Trump are also at fault, said Michael Scholz, 36, a supply chain sales manager.
