Trump ramps up Clinton criticism – calls her bathroom break “disgusting”
Donald Trump took to Twitter Tuesday to defend using the word “schlonged” to describe Hillary Clinton’s primary loss in 2008, saying the word is “not vulgar”. It happened while he was giving a speech (?) about how Hillary was weak in 2008 and let Obama beat her, and “schlonged” is apparently his word of choice for that.

Mrs Clinton did not address Mr Trump’s comments directly, but when a young woman at a campaign rally asked her what she would do about bullying, she used the opportunity to launch a not-so-veiled attack on her Republican rival. Comfortably ahead in the polls, she seemed to assume the result of the Democratic primaries by stressing her differences with Republicans rather than those on stage. Trump also said that Caroline Kennedy is too “nice” to be the ambassador to Japan and is no match for their “brutal, brilliant” negotiators.
Trump “has discovered that women go to the bathroom and it’s very upsetting for him”, Sanders said, per BuzzFeed.
While Trump’s comments were the talk of the political world throughout the day, Clinton declined to respond to them directly when asked.
Fifty percent of registered USA voters said in a Quinnipiac poll released Tuesday that they would be “embarrassed” to have Trump as president, compared to 23 percent who said they would be proud.
Tensions between Trump and Clinton, however, have reached a fever pitch in recent days, following the Democratic front-runner’s claim Saturday that her GOP counterpart’s comments about Muslims and Muslim-Americans were being used in recruitment videos for ISIS. “Where did she go?!” he said at a rally in MI.
“It’s a very serious matter when you hear some of the things he and unfortunately some of the others have been saying”, Clinton said.
“We are watching the Donald melt down”, predicted Ellen Tauscher, the former congresswoman who served as undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security Affairs under Clinton.
Steven Pinker, a language expert at Harvard University, told the Washington Post: “Given Trump’s history of vulgarity and misogyny it’s entirely possible that he had created a sexist term for “defeat”.
“There has to be a level of decorum to win”.
Clinton offered no specific evidence of the claim, and subsequently Palmieri said Clinton wasn’t referring to a specific video. “For crying out loud, we’re two days before Christmas”.
