Trump rants about ‘unfair’ judge’s ‘Mexican heritage’ in freaky CNN interview
Donald Trump on Thursday escalated his attacks on the federal judge presiding over civil fraud lawsuits against Trump University, amid criticism from legal observers who say the presumptive GOP presidential nominee’s comments are an unusual affront on an independent judiciary. Trump is stating in plain language that the judge responsible for handling lawsuits filed against him can not be trusted to do his job properly because of his Mexican heritage. They support Hispanic lawyers and judges. “Yeah. That would be possible, absolutely”.

Trump also had a rally in Redding, Calif. Friday afternoon where he spent much of his time fighting back against Clinton’s attacks and defending his donations to veterans.
Curiel’s parents emigrated to America from Mexico, but the presiding judge was born in IN and is an American citizen.
The developer and reality television host has enthused supporters and enraged many others with his calls for building the wall on the US-Mexican border and alleging that Mexico sends the US its criminals.
“I’ve had bad rulings (by Curiel), I’ve been treated very unfairly”. But the message was always the same, that the judge had what Trump called “a conflict” because of his ethnicity.
Trump did not respond to a request for comment placed through his office.
“He needs one thing and one thing only: discipline”, said a senior party official, speaking on condition of anonymity.
That peace broke, however, with the news that Trump had attacked the judge presiding over the lawsuits alleged against Trump University for being “Mexican”. But he has Mexican roots.
Donald Trump can not help himself.
“In Trump’s version of America, this Latino family isn’t really America. He’s wrong about what makes this country great”. “I’ve been treated very unfairly by this judge”, Trump said on CNN. “Let me tell you, I guarantee you right now that this judge is getting threats, and vitriol and who knows what else”, she said.
Kelly aired a clip of her recent interview with Trump during which she asked him if he considers the effect his messaging has on people.
Democrats have accused Trump of racially tinged rhetoric about Latinos, including his description of Mexican immigrants as “criminals and rapists” in the speech he gave a year ago launching his campaign. “And I hope he stops with this”, said Bennett.
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi (R) considered joining a multi-state case against “Trump University”, but after the Trump Foundation contributed ,000 to a political fundraising committee supporting Bondi’s re-election campaign, the Florida Republican ended her investigation.

Bar associations worry about this sort of problem a good deal, and you will often see them come publicly to the defense of a judge who has been criticized.
