Trump Refuses to Say Obama Was Born in the US
President Barack Obama was born in the United States, period.

But his campaign now accuses his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton of introducing the “smear” during the 2008 Democratic nomination contest.
Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, D-Texas, said their Washington news conference was a calling to African-Americans – “this man can not be elected”.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump holds up his notes as he speaks at a luncheon for the Economic Club of New York in New York, Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016.
So far, Trump has not commented on the whether he now believes that Obama was born in Hawaii and not Kenya as he and others known as “birthers” have said.
Trump became a vocal questioner of Obama’s citizenship as when he was running for his second term.
While the birther theory was pushed by some bloggers who backed Clinton’s primary campaign against Obama eight years ago, Clinton has long denounced what she’s called a “racist lie” that sought to “delegitimize America’s first black president”. “As usual, however, Hillary Clinton was too weak to get an answer”, Miller’s statement says.
Apparently, Trump has declined to divulge more details into this claiming that this is not the right time.
The freakish and unprecedented saga which Clinton’s campaign immediately seized may work against Trump.
In 2011, Obama, the first African American to win the White House, released a long-form version of his birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii. If the birth certificate represented the “conclusion” of this madness, Trump wouldn’t have characterized the birth certificate as a “fraud” after its release.
“Who knows? Who knows?”
“And we know who Donald is”, she continued. We’re talking about something else, OK? “I think most people were as well”, Obama told reporters in the Oval Office. “We will have a big statement, and I hope you’re going to be watching”, he said. Only after that did Trump make a brief statement about Obama’s birth. “I just don’t want to answer it yet”. “Imagine a president who sees someone who doesn’t look like him and doesn’t agree with him and thinks that person must not be a real American”. I was pretty confident about where I was born.
The crowd at the Trump International Hotel included several Gold Star families, veterans, national security experts, and military officials. “And it’s all because of the bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.”, said Medal of Honor recipient Bob Patterson at the event. As the issue gained more attention, Obama did eventually relent and release the document.
Trump Jr. said his father views this as a distraction from more substantive issues in the campaign.
