Trump Releases Medical Information Before Dr. Oz Show Episode Airs
Trump’s physician, Dr. Harold Bornstein, wrote that Trump was in “excellent health”. Still, it doesn’t offer a complete picture of the candidate’s health.

Trump told Oz that when he looks in the mirror, he sees a man much younger than his 70 years. He has a cholesterol level of 169, with his level of high-density lipoproteins at 63, his low-density lipoproteins at 94.
The medications which Trump is listed as taking are a lipid-lowering agent and a low dose of aspirin. Trump’s doctor said the candidate is in good health, though he is overweight.
He last had an echocardiogram two years ago, which was “within the range of normal”, and an EKG and chest X-ray taken earlier this year were also normal. His cardiac calcium score was 98, reflecting only mild plaque in arteries. Polyps can lead to colon cancer, with increased risk for people over the age of 50.
Oz noted Trump is 6 foot 3 inches and weighs more than 230 pounds, wondering if his doctor had discussed losing weight since his BMI is pushing the boundary of acceptable. Meyers also said that due to double standards, the rules are different for Clinton and Donald Trump.
“I feel as good today as I did when I was 30”, Trump said in a clip promoting the interview that is scheduled to air Thursday. Trump said he would tackle childhood obesity ty bringing sports programs back to schools. His blood sugar level is 99 milligrams per deciliter.
On Thursday, the Guardian reported that according to court papers, in April 2002 Bornstein agreed to pay $86,250 to the family of a patient, Janet Levin, who allegedly died after falling when she took “unhealthy amounts” of prescription drugs Bornstein had given her.
Amid a series of medical statistics, Dr Bornstein reveals that Mr Trump’s blood pressure is 116/70, and that his liver function and thyroid function tests are “within the normal range”. He doesn’t use tobacco or alcohol.
This is pretty awkward, considering the fact that last month Bornstein said the letter was written in five minutes without an actual medical check-up.
“Why not share your medical records?”Dr. Mehmet Oz said”.
Trump has been hospitalized only once in his life – when he was 11 years old for an appendectomy.
More hacked Democratic Party documents were released, including an email from former Secretary of State Colin Powell calling Trump a “national disgrace”.
