Trump, RNC seize on new report to attack Clinton Foundation
Hillary Clinton may lead the polls, but she is again under fire regarding donations to the Clinton Foundation and her private email server.

“The Clintons have spent decades as insiders lining their own pockets and taking care of donors instead of the American people”, Trump, the Republican nominee, said in a statement following the Clinton foundation’s announcement Thursday that it will bar foreign and corporate donations if Clinton is elected president. Though it’s done some fine work, its most fruitful program has been leveraging Clinton’s position in the State Department to enrich her family, friends and cronies.
The Clinton Foundation was ostensibly set up to solve the world’s most pressing problems. Paul Manafort resigned from the Trump campaign last week after several reports highlighted his shady dealings in Ukraine, and that followed days of negative press for Trump over a comment he made construed as an invitation to assassinate Clinton.
“Trump’s businesses exist to enrich himself, involve a web of shady connections, & still he hasn’t committed to divesting his holdings”, Fallon said. And then you have this revolving door, or dual role in one case, of someone who might have been employed by the foundation and State Department at the same time, which, by the way, is colossally stupid, to have anyone in that role.
Leading Republicans aren’t the only ones saying the foundation’s plan falls short. The 154 does not include USA federal employees or foreign government representatives.
Former U.S. president Bill Clinton reportedly told his staffers in NY that the foundation will only accept contributions from U.S. citizens and independent charities if Hillary wins the elections, ABC News reported August 18.
The State Department has repeatedly said there are no rules prohibiting State Department employees from interacting with Clinton Foundation employees.
The latest batch of e-mails released by Judicial Watch signaled more potential trouble. The conservative group said the documents include e-mail exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department.
On Monday, another conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch, released emails that seem to connect a number of wealthy donors to the Clinton Foundation and some of Clinton’s aides at the State Department. Conglomerates. Crown princes. All of them paid in. “There needs to be a serious, independent investigation to determine whether Clinton and others broke the law”.
“Those interrogatories, as the lawyers call them, are going to be produced by Judicial Watch over the next few weeks and given to Mrs. Clinton. Her actions corrupted and disgraced one of the most important departments of government, indeed one of only four established by the United States Constitution itself” shouted Trump.
Now, Lugar hopes Hillary and Bill Clinton make a clean break from the foundation. Cheng is now national finance director for Clinton’s campaign.

Bloomberg Politics polling this month showed the foundation is an area of political vulnerability for Clinton. “People who have given them political donations and also people who have persistently given donations to the Clinton Foundation, who did appear from these emails to have a sort of back channel, direct line in to Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state”.
