Trump, Russia and the DNC Emails: The Real Story
Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Wednesday lashed out at Donald Trump for encouraging Russian Federation to trawl the former secretary of state’s emails, describing his comments as a “national security issue”.

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing”, Trump said Wednesday. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press”, Trump said.
Commenting on both Trump’s criticism of Clinton’s press availability, as well as his Russian Federation comment, Krauthammer said, “Well, that was his parting shot, and it was a clever thing to plant, because it is an issue”.
The released messages showed top DNC officials apparently working to support Clinton while taking shots at her rival Sen.
Trump meanwhile said the Russian leader has no respect for Clinton or Obama.
Trump’s invitation to Russian Federation to find and reveal emails by his rival for the White House came on the third day of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
A Russian presidential spokesman on Tuesday accused USA politicians of being paranoid after Democrat Hillary Clinton’s campaign blamed Russia for an email hack and suggested the goal was to help Republican Donald Trump in the US presidential race.
And in many ways, scheduling a press conference this morning made sense for Trump after being reasonably subdued earlier in the week when Democrats were wallowing in the news of chaos on the convention floor in Philadelphia. And if it is Russiawhich its probably not, nobody knows who it isbut if it is Russian Federation, its really bad for a different reason, because it shows how little respect they have for our country, when they would hack into a major party and get everything.
Many on social media accused Mr Trump of treason, while CNN political analyst Christine Quinn said: “It’s honestly nearly treasonous”. “Anything is possible”, Obama said when asked in the interview about the hack.
For the Democrats, who have seen Trump’s polling numbers rising recently, his seemingly huge gaffe could not possibly have come at a better time. “It’s disgraceful”, Trump said. (One thing Putin didn’t call Trump is “a genius”, as Trump has repeatedly claimed.) Trump called Putin “a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond”.
When faced with the question that his returns could put to rest allegations of ties to Russia, Trump stated that he had “zero” investments in Russia. “I think it’s unfortunate that Hillary Clinton treated her classified emails with such carelessness that it’s taken away the importance of our networks”.
Some Trump supporters, including Newt Gingrich, initially passed off his comments as a joke.
But her decision to delete these personal emails has prompted attacks from Republican opponents, and Trump is calling for these to be found.
In case you missed it, Mr. Trump invited Russia – Russia! – to meddle in the campaign for the White House by illegally unearthing Hillary Clinton’s emails and making them public.
After another series of questions and answers, he again is asked about Russia’s possible involvement in the USA election.
“I think this was purely an act of cyber warfare, and that’s really the larger story, and less about what it has to do with the political cycle right now”, Jacobs said.

Why do I have to get involved with Putin? In 2014, continuing to push the “birther” conspiracy theory Trump began against President Barack Obama in 2011, he asked “hackers” to access the president’s college records.
