Trump’s Plea To Black Voters: ‘What Do You Have To Lose?’
They’re airing in battleground states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida.

Time is running short for Trump to catch up. Hispanic and religious leaders who met privately with Trump ahead of the convention said he signaled that he is open to embracing a less punitive immigration policy that focuses on “compassion” along with the rule of law. It tries to contrast an America with Hillary Clinton in charge with that of Donald Trump. “Illegal immigrants convicted of committing crimes get to stay, collecting Social Security benefits, skipping the line”.
Trump also accused Clinton of prioritizing Syrian refugees above American minorities. Knowing things like where your supporters are, who is likely to vote early and who has voted already are all critical. “Terrorists and unsafe criminals kept out, the border secured, our families safe”. The border: secured. Our families: safe.
It’s still unclear what, if any, long-term changes this re-organized campaign will make. “And believe it or not, I regret it and I do regret it particularly where it may have caused personal pain”. He is heading to Louisiana on Friday, where floods have ravaged the state. However, he says the big bulk of votes are in the urban and suburban parts of the state – such as Northern Virginia and the Tidewater areas – where Clinton is predicted to sweep.
Conway echoed Priebus’ optimism, contending that the candidate just had the best week of his campaign, “mostly because he’s able to be himself, the authentic Donald Trump”.
He mentioned IL and Nevada as important states; in IL, incumbent Senator Mark Kirk, a Republican, is facing a tough reelection campaign.
While Trump did bring in a new set of advisers in the past week, it appears all but certain his comeback strategy can not benefit from the proven building blocks of winning campaigns, especially when compared with the structure Clinton has assembled.
That’s something he has landed in controversy for during this campaign right from the start.
On Saturday, the Trump campaign is hosting a day of action in OH, campaigning on the ground in 40 different OH locations. The Clinton campaign and its main super PAC, Priorities USA, have spent at least $104 million on TV advertising so far. In July, Trump raised more than $80 million for his campaign and allied Republican Party groups, his campaign has said.

Trump, who often brags about beating a lengthy list of well-funded primary challengers, has yet to air a single television ad since he scored the Republican nomination.
