“What I don’t want is, when I raise millions of dollars, have people say- like this sleazy guy right over here from ABC, he’s a sleaze in my book”, Trump said.

Donald Trump on Tuesday went on a sustained frontal assault against the media Tuesday during a contentious news conference.
His tirade, in which he called one reporter “a sleaze” and sarcastically described another as a “real beauty”, overshadowed what otherwise should have been an upbeat event for the presumptive Republican nominee. “I didn’t want to do this where the press was involved”.
Trump listed the vets groups – there were more than 40 – that he said had received money and the amounts that had been given to each.
“What you’re going to do is lose the election for the Republicans and therefore you lose the Supreme Court”, he said. Part of Trump’s veterans plan includes allowing veterans to bring their identification card to any doctor or medical center that accepts Medicare, which he says will stop wait time backlogs and force the VA to improve and compete. Trump said on Tuesday that his efforts raised a total of $5.6 million. Since then, the completely unreasonable media has asked Trump-a man with an extremely loose conception of charitable giving-to account for where those many millions went.
She also rebutted Trump’s claim that she has given “nothing” to the veterans, noting that she personally donated to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund while raising money for the group alongside John McCain.
Democrats said Trump gave the money only after pressure from the public and reporters.
Trump shot back, “From the political press it is, I see the stories they write”. “They’re there because Hillary Clinton’s campaign sent them”, Trump said.
Biggio said a fellow Marine who he served with recently told him that he asked his father, a Trump bodyguard, to mention the nonprofit as a worthy cause.
“Instead of being like, “Thank you very much, Mr Trump”, or ‘Trump did a good job, ‘ everyone’s saying, ‘Who got it, who got it, who got it?'” Trump said.
He added, “The press should be ashamed of themselves”.
That donation, made to Marine Corps – Law Enforcement Foundation was not made until May 24, the AP reported. “We sued him long before anyone thought he might run for President”.
Trump campaign staffers had declined to release a list of organizations that had benefitted from the January fundraiser for months.
But his campaign refused for months to disclose which charities received the money and that led to speculation that the money raised was less than he had claimed.
City inspectors are examining whether people were barred from the space Tuesday for a Trump news conference, one of many campaign events the Republican has held in the atrium since announcing his campaign for the presidency there last June.

Clinton’s campaign on Tuesday morning fired off a statement tweaking Trump over his accounting of the donations amid a multi-pronged push to counter Trump’s news conference.
