Hillary Clinton has accepted the Democratic party’s presidential nomination, making history as the first woman to be chosen to run for the highest office in the land by a major party in the United States.

Clinton faced protests during her speech, though they were frequently drowned out by chants of “Hillary”.
“Don’t believe anyone who says “I alone can fix it”.
I think, in fact, what I said is, you have to have an affirmative vision of how you’re going to create an economy that works for everyone. “We saw this nation come together like it has never come together before”, he said.
“He’s offering empty promises. A bold agenda to improve the lives of people across our country – to keep you safe, to get you good jobs, and to give your kids the opportunities they deserve”.
On Monday, the First Lady electrified the audience with a brief but deeply personal speech that heaped praise on Clinton and poured scorn on her rival.
“In his own way and through his own sheer force of will he sacrificed greatly to enter the political arena as an outsider and he prevailed against a field of 16 very talented competitors.”
Aside from her friendship status with the blonde business woman, Chelsea did express her feelings toward the Republican platform. That is the story of America.
“Anyone reading the news can see the threats and turbulence we face”.

Chelsea, however, has had a bit more experience introducing her mother on various campaign trails throughout the years.
DW’s Richard Walker had noticed earlier there were plenty of Bernie Sanders supporters in the room, eager to make a statement. On Monday, Sanders urged his supporters to support Clinton and vice-presidential nominee Tim Kaine, but his remarks were booed by the crowd.
They included Khizr Khan, the father of Muslim soldier, Capt. Humayun Khan, who died while serving in the US Army in the years that followed the September 11 attacks in NY. The now-independent politician, who left the Democratic party before running for mayor in 2001 as a Republican, spoke to undecided and independent voters.
Standing before thousands of die-hard, cheering Democrats, President Barack Obama said at the Democratic National Convention last night that Hillary Clinton is an ideal successor to carry forward the hopes and aspirations that once rallied millions to his side.
She also took aim at her Republican challenger, Donald Trump, whose campaign has made the case the USA is in decline.

Picking up the baton on Thursday, Chelsea Clinton described Hillary as a mother who read her “Goodnight Moon” and a grandmother who took breaks from politics to read “Chugga Chugga Choo Choo” to Chelsea’s daughter.
