Clinton’s favorability rating is only slightly better than her trustworthiness numbers at 43 percent, which is three points higher than Saunders’ favorability ratings which polled at 40 percent.

Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia are all Southern states with large portions of African-American voters, just like SC.
But Sanders has apparently been unable to make a significant dent in Clinton’s support among the state’s African-American voters, who accounted for 55 percent of the Democratic electorate eight years ago.
Jay Smith, a retired African American, came to the polls in Columbia on Saturday with her son Roy and young grandson. His robust online fundraising operation has drawn more than 4 million contributions since last spring and his average donation of $27 is so well-known among his supporters they often shout out the number when he talks about it during rallies.
In Orangeburg on Friday night, he received only a smattering of applause from the largely black crowd – it had energetically cheered Clinton just moments before – as he delivered a slightly tailored version of his economic message. Only 42 percent said that she is trustworthy. It’s time for Madam President.
“I think if he cuts it to below 20 percent, that’s positive”, Harpootlian said. “If there’s something to be learned you should definitely learn it, but you should also recognize that you’ve got to get up every day”, says Clinton.
Meantime, Sanders appears to be largely conceding the state will be a loss. Minnesota is one of 13 states and US territories to hold primaries on March 1. Reich is a big one for Bernie Sanders, as his support adds a powerful voice to the Sanders political revolution.
He’s not conceding the vote of seniors, either.
She notes specifically the cost the cost of going to college and the need to reduce the disparity between prison sentences meted out to young blacks, compared to young white offenders.
On Wednesday night, a Black Lives Matter protester interrupted a private fundraiser and confronted Clinton about comments she made about youths in gangs.
Earlier, candidate Clinton promised an audience at a historically black college in Orangeburg that she’ll preserve President Barack Obama’s legacy.
But Clinton, a former First Lady, New York senator and secretary of state, leads by a margin of 64 percent to 28 percent among voters ages 45 to 64.
Female voters also give a huge edge to Clinton, who is seeking to become the first woman elected to the White House. “It’s hard to say”, she said, trying to pinpoint what Sanders had aroused in her. “He’s an older person to me”. Yet, “some people, not everybody, are ready to see a woman president”. The Sanders campaign has not announced any events for South Florida, but the two candidates are scheduled to face off at a debate in Miami on March 9. Terry Alexander, a state representative supporting Sanders, said he started out in the state with 9% of the vote, so any increase from that is a victory.
Clinton, on the other hand, will say the race will be a blowout if she finishes strong in SC, he said.
“I am, you know, personally not concerned about it, I think that there will be a resolution on the security inquiry”, she told MSNBC.
And, he said, “she won’t take us to war”, as he believes the Republicans would.
“A lot of stuff Obama wanted to do, he couldn’t get through Congress”, said Major.
