Donald Trump is suing a former campaign aide for $10 million, alleging that the aide breached a confidentiality agreement.

Miltenberg also said the Trump camp had asked a judge for the arbitration to be sealed.

Nunberg claims that he did not in fact provide any information about the fight to the Post, and that Trump only took him to court as revenge for giving the coveted Sam Nunberg endorsement to Ted Cruz after he was sacked.

Since then, Nunberg has been fiercely critical of Trump and his campaign staff, particularly now-former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, who is now a CNN contributor. In a recent GQ Magazine interview, he said he would suck the “blood of out of (Lewandowski’s) skull by the time I’m done with him”. Lewandowski was sacked from the campaign in June after months of tension with other senior Trump advisers. Most of the court papers filed by Samuel Nunberg in NY state court are sealed.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee is seeking damages from Nunberg for allegedly leaking confidential information to reporters, the AP says, citing court documents.

Hicks did not respond to detailed requests to respond to the allegations sent via email and text, as well as a voicemail. “The case is spelled out in court documents that sought to block private arbitration proceedings that Trump initiated in May”.

Sam Nunberg, who was sacked late last summer from the campaign after racially charged Facebook posts of his surfaced, said he is the former aide who is being sued.
