“You are about to see something on the Fox News that has never happened, we believe, in the history of White House reporting”, reporter Steve Doocy said live on air.

As Trump watched, according to The Post’s report, he remarked about her praise of Kim and suggested she could work for Fox News. “I asked him, “have you spoken to him [Kim]?’ He goes ‘no”.
“It’s a common courtesy when a military official from another government salutes, that you return that”, said Sarah Sanders, White House press secretary, at a briefing.
During a surprise interview with “Fox & Friends” on Friday, Trump said he was impressed by the respect that Kim commanded from his people. He did not elaborate.
Watchdog groups and the U.S. government have slammed Kim for leading a murderous regime rife with human-rights violations, including executions and starvations.
In an interview earlier this week, Trump applauded the way Kim had taken over control of North Korea as Supreme Leader following the death of his father, Kim Jong Il, in 2011.
“I want my people to do the same”, Trump said, before joking about the fate of several North Korean generals. “So many people asked when I was on the campaign”.
Trump defended his salute of one of Kim’s generals, footage of which was released Thursday by North Korean state media as propaganda. The president also touted North Korea’s demolition of its nuclear test site at Punggye-ri, its suspension of ballistic missile tests, and its release of three USA hostages as victories for the US.
It also noted Mr Trump’s decision to halt joint military exercises with South Korea, which lives under constant threat of attack from North Korea and as a result, has been strengthening its army in the wake of the two politicians’ Tuesday summit in Singapore.
“We’re going to have a very strong verification process”, Trump told reporters at the White House media scrum. “The top people were terrible”, he said.
“I’m not happy about certain things I’ll be honest”. They may also discuss efforts to recover the remains of soldiers missing and presumed dead from the 1950-53 Korean War.
United States and South Korean forces have trained together for decades, and routinely rehearse everything from beach landings in the North to pre-emptive “decapitation” strikes targeting the North Korean regime.
South Korea’s Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha echoed Trump, saying the relationship between Washington and Seoul was as “robust as ever”.
“I saved us a lot of money”.
“It’s amusing when you see the fake news”, he said.

“What he did was criminal, what he did was a awful thing to the people, what he did was so bad, in terms of our Constitution, in terms of the well-being of our country”, Trump said.
