“I’m sure you’ll also find that the positions/values of the candidates are not necessarily a sole reflection of the individual promoting or supporting said candidate”, she added.

Let this news, and the fact that it is news, sink in: Katrina Pierson, the former Tea Party activist who is now Donald Trump’s national spokeswoman, admitted on Wednesday that Barack Obama was not the president of the United States in 2004.

Trump campaign spokesperson Katrina Pierson struggled on Wednesday to defend her assertion that Barack Obama “probably” caused the death of a Muslim soldier who died in Iraq while George W. Bush was in office.

“But surely you can understand the confusion, considering how Donald Trump never voted for the Iraq War, Hillary Clinton did”.

In a CNN interview Tuesday, Pierson adamantly denied that Trump should apologize for his comments about the family of fallen U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan before speculating that Obama’s military policies were responsible for Khan’s death.

The feud between Donald Trump and Ghazala and Khizr Khan, the parents of a USA soldier killed in Iraq, has dragged on in the days since they appeared at the Democratic National Convention and criticized the real estate mogul for “smears” of Muslims.

Still, how can we blame Trump for the lawlessness of Illinois State Senator Obama’s America?

CAMEROTA: But he was killed in 2004.

This morning on CNN’s ‘New Day, ‘ Pierson revised her remarks. “Barack Obama made things worse by invading more countries”.

“We are asking you to review and use the attached talking points in your daily messaging, including a release and/or statements you can put out in your social media immediately to support Mr. Trump and OUR message, that we must end radical Islamic terror so that soldiers like Capt. Khan, and all Americans, will be safe”.

Once again, the Trump team emphasizes how he completely opposed the war in Iraq despite evidence that he was not totally against the conflict.

“Donald Trump did not vote for that war, period!” Donald Trump is being blamed for something he had nothing to do with, and he did not attack this family’.
